Affordable studios, art venues, interstitial spaces, and brownfields offer room for artistic interventions. Art needs space to emerge and space to be displayed. Therefore, the topics of gentrification and the handling of places of artistic work are inherent. In the following works, I have dealt specifically with the topic of gentrification.
